治療頭痛有辦法

在一項 2002 年小型研究中,科學家們調查了按摩如何幫助四名患有慢性病成年人, 緊張性頭痛的病人每週 2 到 3 次,持續六個月。


在研究中,按摩在治療的第一周內減少了每個受試者的頭痛次數。到治療期結束時,每個受試者的平均頭痛次數從每週近 7 次頭痛下降到每週僅 2 次。在治療期間,受試者頭痛的平均持續時間也減少了一半,從平均 8 小時減少到平均 4 小時。


在一項更古老但規模稍大的 研究中,科學家們研究了為期兩週的 10 次密集的一小時按摩治療如何影響 21 名患有慢性頭痛的女性。與較小的研究一樣,本研究中的受試者接受了認證按摩師的按摩。然後在更長期的時間範圍內研究按摩的效果。

這項研究中的研究人員發現,這 10 次密集按摩會減少頭痛的發生、持續時間和強度。

合谷穴

風池穴
